Himangshu Rai Vaish Director A distinguished alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (1966), he is a visionary technocrat, serial entrepreneur, and humanitarian with over five decades of experience in innovation-led enterprise and social development. As Founder and Chairman of Instapower Ltd., he pioneered LED lighting and power conditioning technologies in India, holds 50+ global patents, and has delivered advanced solutions to Indian Railways, Defense, and key government institutions. His contributions to energy efficiency and green building standards have supported national policy frameworks through associations with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency and Bureau of Indian Standards.
As Founder of Smart Aid International Welfare Foundation, he champions technology-driven healthcare, sanitation, livelihood, and migrant support initiatives, including Distance treatment tools. A mentor, policy contributor, and lifelong Homeopathy practitioner, he seamlessly blends grassroots innovation, environmental sustainability, and social reform — working toward an inclusive, self-reliant, and empowered India. |
Pankaj Aggarwal Director Mr. Aggarwal is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of distinguished experience spanning strategic management, corporate governance, and social development. As Executive Director at Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd (RSWM), he led large-scale textile operations, implemented modern ERP systems, and delivered significant productivity and cost efficiencies. His early tenure with Indian Rayon (Aditya Birla Group) shaped his strong foundation in finance, supply chain, and operational excellence. Beyond industry, Mr. Aggarwal has been a driving force in the social sector. As President of Sewa International and Trustee at SAI Welfare Foundation, he has championed disaster relief, rural development, skilling initiatives, sanitation projects, and digital empowerment programs impacting thousands. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce and Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, his leadership blends empathy, systems thinking, and value-based partnerships. He remains deeply committed to building a just, inclusive, and prosperous India. |
Both the Directors have the following responsibilities in the Organization:
Decide the goals and future plans
Oversee social programs (health, education, livelihood, etc.)
Manage funds and ensures proper use of money
Lead staff and volunteers
Represent the NGO in meetings and public events
The Director ensures the organization runs smoothly, follows legal rules, and creates real social impact in the community.
