Kamgar Sewa – Supporting Migrant Workers

In response, SAIWF developed ‘Kamgar Sewa’, a digital platform and mobile app to register unorganized migrant workers in a faceless, paperless manner. This system:
- Stores vital data like personal details, employment history, and migration patterns
- Helps match job seekers with employers through job listings
- Tracks movement for timely support in disasters or emergencies
- Connects workers to social security schemes and government benefits
