Donations made to Smart Aid International Welfare Foundation are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.

Duplicate Transactions

In case of accidental duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction date for review.

Refund Review

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis after verification of transaction details and payment records.
